Frequently asked questions
Is CrossFit For Me?
Yes. Everyone can do CrossFit regardless of age, injuries and current fitness levels. The program is modified for each person to help him or her safely become healthier and fitter. Grandparents and Olympians can perform modified versions of the same general workout.
Do I have to be fit to start?
How often should i come?
2-4 classes a week is a realistic for beginners, depending on your level of fitness when you start. It may take a while for your body to get used to training at that intensity, so at the beginning you might need more recovery time between training days. Over the first few months, start working your way up to training 5 days a week.
What kind of results can I expect?
Be patient. Results take time but if you’re consistent, they absolutely will come. The exciting thing as a beginner is that results come fairly quickly, even in 30 days you can really see a difference in your strength and overall fitness.
Im a lady and dont want to get bulky!
You don’t produce testosterone like male and unless you plan to train multiple times a day, like an elite athlete you will just develop a lean and effective bodyshape.
What do I need to bring with me?
Normal workout clothes (t-shirt, shorts/leggings, trainers). A towel and water bottle are optional but encouraged.
