Head Coach and Owner

Hey, I’m Matt — and I’m proud to say I now own Paradise Fitness.

 

This gym has been a huge part of my life for the past couple of years, and I couldn’t imagine being anywhere else. I’ve seen friendships form here, confidence grow, and people achieve things they never thought possible. That’s what makes Paradise Fitness special — it’s not just a place to train, it’s a place to belong.

 

My goal as owner is simple: to keep building a welcoming space where everyone — no matter your background or fitness level — can come in, work hard, and feel at home.

 

So whether you’re here to hit a PB, improve your health, or just enjoy moving your body, I’ll be cheering you on every step of the way.

  • Also played Roller Hockey and MotorCross

How To Find Us - The Easiest way is to type "Seale Hayne" in to your maps
Once you are on the campus, follow signs for "Health & Wellbeing".
We are located opposite the Hydro Hub in the larger Hayter Haymes Building.
